7-1-6: DRIVING ON STREETS UNDER CONSTRUCTION OR IMPROVEMENT:

No vehicle shall be driven on any street while the same is in process of being oiled, or when construction or improvement work is in progress thereon, and when the Village officers have, by appropriate signs or barricades, indicated the temporary closing of said street to traffic. (1945 Code § 16-11; amd. 2017 Code)
