A. Culverts Required: The public health and safety requires that tubes at ditch crossings at entrances to lots or tracts located within the Village be installed under the supervision of the Village.
B. Application For Permit: Lot owners shall make application to the Village Clerk for permission to install a tube or culvert at driveway entrances to a lot.
C. Installation:
1. Lot or tract owners shall pay the cost of the tube and the cost of installing the same.
2. Installation of said tube and crossing shall be made under the direction and supervision of the proper Village officials.
D. Maintenance By Village: The tube and entrance crossing shall, after installation, be maintained by the Village. (Ord. 302, 8-3-1970)
