A. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or who aids or abets the violation of any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty offense punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). In addition to any fine, the Village may seek injunctive and declaratory relief directing the violator(s) to cure the violation, and the Village may revoke any license authorized and issued pursuant to this chapter.
B. A separate offense shall be deemed to be committed on each day during or on which a violation of any provision of this chapter occurs or continues.
C. Any second or subsequent offense of any provision of this chapter shall result in the revocation of the non-highway vehicle license for a period of not less than three (3) nor more than five (5) years. (Ord. 914-2018, 9-5-2018)
