No person shall operate a non-highway vehicle on the streets and alleys under the jurisdiction and control of the Village of Dieterich, Illinois, unless that person has executed an Unconditional and Full General Release of Liability, Waiver, Discharge, and Covenant Not to Sue and filed the same with the Village Clerk of the Village of Dieterich, Illinois. The Unconditional and Full General Release of Liability, Waiver, Discharge, and Covenant Not to Sue shall be in that form as exhibit B on file in the Village. (Ord. 914-2018, 9-5-2018)
