No person shall operate a non-highway vehicle on the streets and alleys under the jurisdiction and control of the Village of Dieterich, Illinois, unless the non-highway vehicle is covered by a liability insurance policy as required under 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/7-601. Every operator of a non-highway vehicle, shall carry with the non-highway vehicle evidence of insurance as required by 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/7-602. (Ord. 914-2018, 9-5-2018)
