During the operation of a non-highway vehicle on any street under the jurisdiction and control of the Village of Dieterich, Illinois, the operator of such non-highway vehicle shall obey all applicable rules, regulations, and ordinances of the Village of Dieterich, Illinois, all applicable provisions of this Code, and the provisions of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-100, et seq., as amended from time to time.
