A. Non-highway vehicles may be operated on those streets and alleys under the jurisdiction and control of the Village of Dieterich, Illinois, where the posted speed limit is thirty five (35) miles per hour or less, subject to the requirements and regulations of this chapter.
B. Except as provided in section 6-4-3 of this chapter, it shall be unlawful to operate a non-highway vehicle on:
1. Illinois Route 33; and,
2. Main Street.
C. Non-highway vehicles shall be operated in the same direction as traffic.
D. It shall be unlawful to operate a non-highway vehicle on any sidewalks or other locations within the corporate limits of the Village of Dieterich, Illinois, except as permitted by this chapter. (Ord. 914-2018, 9-5-2018)
