5-7-6: PENALTY:
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter commits a civil ordinance violation and shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00), nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), for each offense. Each day a violation of this chapter is allowed to continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 897-18, 5-21-2018)
