8-110: BURNING REFUSE:

A. It is unlawful to wilfully burn any trash or refuse or any type material within the town.

B. It is unlawful for any person to burn trash, wastepaper, rubbish or refuse except under a permit issued by the state health department or U.S. environmental protection agency.
