6-113: ENFORCEMENT:

Enforcement of ordinances of the town of Dickson, Oklahoma, shall be carried out and performed by any law enforcement officer, including, but not limited to, the Carter County sheriff's department, Oklahoma highway patrol, or any other law enforcement agency operating within the corporate limits of the town of Dickson, Oklahoma. (Ord. 44, 8-22-1997)
