6-103: JURISDICTION:
   The municipal court of the town of Dickson, Oklahoma, shall have all of the powers, authority, and jurisdiction granted a municipal court in a municipality operating under the statutory form of government (board of trustees) by Oklahoma Statutes or common law. Any amendments or modifications of a municipal government's municipal court implemented by the Oklahoma legislature, applicable to statutory towns, subsequent to the adoption of this chapter, including, but not limited to, increases in municipal court's jurisdictions and authority to levy monetary fines and assessments, as well as to tax court costs, shall automatically inure to the benefit of the town of Dickson, Oklahoma, and its municipal court shall be deemed to have acquired any additional powers, authority and/or jurisdiction granted statutory towns by the Oklahoma legislature at any time in the future, without further amendment of this chapter by the board of trustees.
