7-104: WHEN PRIOR APPROVAL BY THE TOWN BOARD OF TRUSTEES IS REQUIRED.

Every contract for, or purchase of, supplies, materials, equipment or contractual services for more than Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) shall require the prior approval of the town board of trustees.
