7-101: DEPOSITORIES DESIGNATED; FUNDS TO BE DEPOSITED.

All banks and all savings and loan associations which may be so designated by the town board of trustees shall be depositories for the funds of the town. The town treasurer shall deposit daily all public funds received by him in such banks or savings and loan associations.
