The Oklahoma Highway Safety Code 1
is hereby adopted and incorporated in this Code, as if set out at length herein, for the purposes of establishing locally appropriate rules and regulations for the control of traffic within said Municipality.
The definitions and words used in this part shall be the same as those definitions in title 47 Oklahoma Statutes section 1-101 as amended.
The Office of the Town Clerk shall maintain at least three (3) copies of the current Oklahoma Highway Safety Code adopted by this Code, on file in the Office of said Town Clerk.
