§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person found to have violated any of the provisions of § 52.01 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount of not more than $50 for a first offense, and not less than $250) and not more than $750 for each subsequent offense. A separate violation of § 52.01 shall be deemed to have been committed on each day during which a violation occurs or is permitted to continue. The village shall have the right to file legal action to enjoin activities which are in violation of the provisions of § 52.01.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any of the rules and regulations provided for in § 52.02(C), (D), (F), and (G) shall, upon conviction, in addition to the enforcement of the forfeiture and liabilities therein contained, pay a fine of not less than $1 nor more than $200, and shall, in addition, be liable for damages done by acts prohibited by § 52.02(C), and for water used by acts prohibited by § 52.02(D).
