All recyclables, as defined in any agreement between the Village of Diamond and a scavenger service, such as tin and aluminum cans, clear glass, brown glass, green jars and bottles, chip board, newsprint, and #1 and #2 plastic, shall become the property of the scavenger services upon the placement of the items upon the curb side for disposal.
