§ 51.10 BURNING PROHIBITED.

No person shall burn garbage or refuse within the village limits. Nothing herein shall prohibit any person from burning leaves and tree limbs in conformity with the applicable statutes of the State of Illinois, but only during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
