§ 51.08 NOTIFICATION FOR COLLECTION.

All occupants, persons in possession, charge, or control of premises and places in or upon which garbage or refuse is created, accumulated, or produced shall notify the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety of the village that collection of garbage from the place is required.
