The Will County Stormwater Management Ordinance, as amended on November 15, 2018 to include the Federal Emergency Management Agency Flood Insurance Rate Maps for Will County, Illinois which are effective February 15, 2019, is hereby adopted by reference and is in full force and effect within the Village of Diamond and shall be treated as if set forth in full herein. At least one copy of the Stormwater Management Ordinance has been and is now filed in the office of the Village Clerk.
