§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of § 150.06 shall be punishable by a forfeiture of not less than $100 nor more than $500 plus costs of prosecution, including reasonable attorney's fees. Each day the violation exists/continues shall be considered as a separate offense.
