(A) In addition to all other building permit fees, all persons shall pay to the village prior to the issuance of a building permit the following amounts for plumbing inspection: $100 for residential; $150 for commercial; and $200 for industrial. The Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Village Commission, is authorized to retain an independent contractor to perform the plumbing inspections for the village. The village retains the right to terminate the services of the independent contractor upon giving 5-days written notice to him or her.
(B) This section shall be published in pamphlet form and shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
