§ 30.99 PENALTY.
   An individual who knowingly violates §§ 30.25 through 30.30 is guilty of a business offense and subject to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $1,000. Each solicitation or acceptance of a prohibited gift shall constitute a separate offense.
