§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Penalties to licensee. In addition to any other penalty set forth in this chapter, every licensee upon pleading guilty or being found guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $250 for a first offense, $500 for a second offense, and $750 for a third or subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Each violation of any provision of this chapter may, in addition to the imposition of a fine, also result in the suspension and/or revocation of the license/permit issued pursuant to this chapter. Any fines set forth in this chapter shall be assessed regardless of the disposition by a court, and are in addition to any criminal or civil penalties which may be sought by the village.
   (B)   Penalties to non-licensee. Unless another penalty is expressly set forth in this chapter, any non-licensee found guilty of a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $100 for a first offense, $250 for a second offense and $500 for a third or subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Any fines set forth in this chapter shall be assessed regardless of the disposition by a court, and are in addition to any criminal or civil penalties which may be sought by the village.
