§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to violate any of the provisions of § 110.33 and any person, firm, or corporation convicted of a violation of that section shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $750. For a second conviction within 1 year thereafter, the person, firm, or corporation shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750. For a third or subsequent conviction within 1 year of the date of the first conviction, the person, firm, or corporation shall be punished by a fine not less than $100 nor more than $750.
   (B)   Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter, in addition to possible revocation of license, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $750 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on or during which a violation occurs or continues.
