It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly to allow or permit a minor child of whom he or she is the parent or guardian to violate any provision of this chapter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the possession, dispensing and/or consumption by a person under the age of 21, of alcoholic liquor in the performance of a religious service/ceremony, or the possession and delivery of alcoholic liquor as part of a person’s employment by a licensee under this chapter as allowed in § 110.26 above is not prohibited.
