§ 110.28 RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNER OR OCCUPANT OF PREMISES.

It shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant of any premises located in the village to knowingly allow any person under the age of 21 to remain on the premises while in the possession of alcoholic liquor or while consuming alcoholic liquor.
