§ 110.28 RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO PERSONS UNDER 21.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, except a licensee or the spouse of a licensee, who is not 21 years of age or over to wait on trade, act as agent or employee, or sell or assist in the sale of any alcoholic beverage at retail for consumption on the premises in any place operating under any license issued by the village.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any licensee or any officer, associate, member, representative, agent, or employee of the licensee or for any other person to sell, give, or deliver alcoholic beverages to any person who has not yet attained his or her twenty-first birthday.
   (C)   It shall also be unlawful for any minor to draw, pour, or mix any alcoholic liquor as an employee of any retail license or to attend any bar and to draw, pour, or mix any alcoholic liquor in any licensed retail premises.
