§ 110.27 RESTRICTIONS NEAR CHURCH, SCHOOLS, OR HOSPITAL.
   No license shall be issued for the sale at retail of any alcoholic liquor within 100 feet of any church, cemetery, school, hospital, or home for the aged, indigent persons, or veterans, their spouses, or children.
