(A) A license shall be purely a personal privilege good for up to 1 year from the date of issuance unless revoked as provided in this chapter.
(B) It shall not constitute property.
(C) It shall not be subject to attachment, garnishment, or execution; nor shall it be alienable or transferable, voluntarily or involuntarily, or subject to being encumber or hypothecate.
