All licensed premises shall be kept in full compliance with all Village Codes and regulations and applicable county regulations, including but not limited to those relating to the storage or sale of food and sanitary and safety conditions. The sanitary regulations of the state commission also apply to such licensed premises unless those regulations conflict with Village Code, county and/or state building, public health and/or fire prevention ordinances and statutes, in which case the most stringent regulations shall apply to the licensed premises.
