(A) In order to provide the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to park any motor vehicle on either side of Illinois Route 113 (Division Street) from the west corporate limits (at Fifth Avenue) easterly 1.76 miles to the east corporate limits of the Village of Diamond.
(B) The Diamond Village Commission will enact further ordinances requiring parking restrictions at locations immediately adjacent to the improvement, as may be determined to be necessary by the state from results of traffic capacity studies when construction on the above described state section has been completed and the affected highway resumes normal operations.
(C) This schedule shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
