All license fees shall be made payable to the village and submitted to the Local Liquor Control Commissioner at the time application is made. All fees shall be immediately remitted to the Village Treasurer. In the event the license/permit applied for is denied, then the fee shall be returned to the applicant. If the license is granted, then the fee shall be deposited in the general corporate fund or in the other fund as shall have been designated by the Village Board.
