(A) The Commission of the Village of Diamond, Illinois, shall meet on the second and fourth Tuesday evenings of each month at the hour of 6:00 p.m., provided, however, that should the Tuesday fall on a legal holiday, then the meeting so falling upon the legal holiday shall be held on the Tuesday subsequent to the holiday.
(B) This section shall be in full force and effect on and after its passage, approval, and filing for record according to law.
