§ 153.170 PURPOSE AND AUTHORITY.
   To ensure that new development pays for its fair share of public facilities, the village has adopted a fee structure to finance, defray or reimburse the village for all or a portion of the costs of public facilities which serve new development (Ordinance 2007-05).
