§ 72.13 OVERNIGHT PARKING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Snow. No person shall park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic-control device, on any village street or alley at any time when the snow on a street or alley reaches a depth of 2 inches or more until after such street or alley has been plowed and the snow removed therefrom.
   (B)   Overnight. No person shall park, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic-control device, any of the following vehicles on any street or alley of the village at any time between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.:
      (1)   Trucks or buses, except vehicles registered as Class B licensed under the Illinois Motor Vehicle Code; and
      (2)   Motorized or towable construction equipment or trailers; and
      (3)   Vehicles registered as recreational vehicles under the Illinois Motor Vehicle Code shall only be allowed to park overnight for no more than 2 consecutive calendar days and no more than 4 calendar days in any 1 calendar year. Written notice of overnight parking shall be given to the Village Street and Alley Commissioner at least 2 business days prior to said overnight parking.
