Failure of the village officials to observe or recognize hazardous or unsightly conditions or to recommend denial of the site development permit, or of the Zoning Administrator or Planning Commission to deny the permit, shall not relieve the permittee from responsibility for the condition or damage resulting therefrom, and shall not result in the village, its officers or agents, being responsible for any condition or damage resulting therefrom. Moreover, issuance of any site development permit or other permit shall not relieve any recipient thereof of the obligation to comply with all other applicable village ordinances, including but not limited to those ordinances and codes relating to nuisance abatement, and to property maintenance.
