The applicant may appeal the decision of the Zoning Administrator, including any lack of action by the Building Inspector, to the Planning Commission.
(A) Upon receipt of an appeal, the Planning Commission shall schedule and hold a hearing, after giving notice to the applicant.

(B) Within 30 days following the hearing, the Planning Commission shall transmit its findings and recommendations to the Village Board for final disposition.
