§ 154.01 AUTHORITY.

The Building Code of the Village of Diamond is authorized pursuant to authority granted under the Illinois Municipal Code, including but not limited to Division 30 of the Illinois Municipal Code (ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 11-30-1, et seq. (2016 State Bar Edition)).
