§ 71.145 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OFF-ROAD MOTOR VEHICLE. Any motor vehicle or motor-driven cycle that is not properly manufactured or equipped for general highway use nor eligible for license registration, or exempt from license registration, pursuant to the provisions of ILCS Ch. 625.
