Licenses issued under this chapter may be suspended or revoked by a notice thereof issued by the Village Mayor if the licensee or any person managing a raffle under any such license violates any provision of this chapter, or any other applicable ordinance of the village or law of the State of Illinois or United States that reflects unfavorably on the fitness of the licensee or its manager to conduct raffles.
