§ 94.61 PENALTIES NOT EXCLUSIVE.

The penalties provided for in this chapter are in addition to and not exclusive of any other remedies available to the village as provided by applicable law. The penalties provided for in any section of this chapter may be imposed or assessed in addition to and not necessarily in lieu of the penalties provided for in other sections of this chapter.
