§ 138.03 PROHIBITION.

(A) Sale or delivery prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale or deliver any product containing a synthetic cannabinoid, synthetic stimulant or synthetic psychedelic/ hallucinogen.

(B) Possession prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to possess a product containing a synthetic cannabinoid, synthetic stimulant or synthetic psychedelic/hallucinogen.

(C) Use prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to be under the influence of a synthetic cannabinoid, synthetic stimulant or synthetic psychedelic/hallucinogen.
