In addition to any penalty imposed hereunder, a tobacco dealer license may be suspended or revoked by the Mayor, after notice and an opportunity to be heard, in the event of a violation of this chapter or state law relating to the sale of tobacco or tobacco products. The licensee shall be responsible for the costs of such hearing.
