§ 114.13 SALE, DELIVERY AND POSSESSION OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS BY MINORS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to sell, deliver or possess any tobacco products within the village. It shall be the responsibility of the licensee to ascertain age by examining state-issued identification establishing that the individual is at least 21 years of age.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any licensee or any person to engage, employ or permit any person under 21 years of age to sell tobacco products in any licensed premises.
