The following terms shall have the meanings ascribed herein.
PERSON. Any natural person, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, association or other legal entity.
TOBACCO DEALER. The owner of a store, stand, booth, concession, vending machine or other place at which sale or delivery of tobacco products is made to consumers. A person selling or delivering tobacco products for sale at wholesale shall not be included within the meaning of the term TOBACCO DEALER.
TOBACCO PRODUCT. Any tobacco cigarette, cigar, pipe tobacco, smokeless tobacco, snuff or any other form of tobacco that may be utilized for smoking, chewing, inhalation or other manner of ingestion.
VENDING MACHINE. Any device operated by means of legal tender, credit or debit card, token or similar object and/or media for the purpose of providing to the consumer something of value.
