§ 113.01 VENDING MACHINE DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, the term VENDING MACHINE shall mean a device that dispenses a product or service, either for sale, rent or free, and that is activated entirely by the receiver of the product or service, including ice machines, food/drink machines, and DVD kiosks. Newspaper racks, telephones, coin-operated amusement devises, juke boxes and fixed automatic teller machines are not regulated by this chapter.
