(A) A public notice shall be given stating that the county has a policy against disabled discrimination and that the notice shall be in the following form:

This notice is published pursuant to the requirement of § 51.55 of the Revenue Sharing Regulations, as published in the Federal Register on 10-17-1983. Section 51.55 prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals because of their disabled status. |
The County Board of DeWitt County, Clinton, Illinois, advises the public, employees and job applicants that it does not discriminate on the basis of disabled status in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its program and activities. |

(B) The notice shall be posted in public places throughout the county together with notice being given in the form set forth in division (A) above by radio stations in Clinton, Illinois, and Farmer City, Illinois, cable television services in Clinton, Illinois, and Farmer City, Illinois; and further, that the notice be published in the Farmer City Journal and the Clinton Daily Journal once weekly for three consecutive weeks.
(C) The county and state shall prepare the self evaluation plans together with a transition plan as required in the administrative requirements of the revenue sharing disabled discrimination regulations.
(D) The county and state shall be in compliance with the regulations prohibiting discrimination against the disabled.
