§ 52.110 ALTERNATIVE SYSTEMS.
   Alternative systems or alternative technologies not listed in the Private Sewage Disposal Code as an approved means of sewage disposal must receive approval from the Illinois Department of Public Health before a permit is to be issued by the Health Department.
