§ 52.052 PORTABLE SANITATION BUSINESS.
   In accordance with the requirements set forth by the Illinois Department of Public Health in Section 905.135 of the Private Sewage Code any person(s) operating within the department's jurisdiction who sells, rents, leases, transports or maintains portable toilets or hand washing units shall be licensed as a portable sanitation business. Approval must be received from the Illinois Department of Public Health.
