§ 52.050 PRIVATE SEWAGE CONTRACTORS LICENSE.
   All private sewage contractors must possess a valid license and fulfill all requirements for annual renewal set forth by the Illinois Department of Public Health. If at any time a license becomes "inactive" that contractor shall not install any systems serving properties within the Department's jurisdictional boundaries.
